flakes Posted October 11, 2014 Share Posted October 11, 2014 Hello, I am about to buy a plot of land in Hua Hin.I like to register the land in my childs her name.She has also the Thai nationality. I been told by the land office to bring my child and her thai mother in person at the land office for the registration of the plot. However the Thai mother of my child has recently sadly passed away.My question is can i still register the plot in my childs name without her Mother co signing any documents?I wonder how the thai law is for this particular unique sad situation.We can of course provide documents stating her death.
