October 20, 201411 yr You can get the blue (Songthaew?) bus, it starts at the Aquarium or flag it down as it passes along the main road, goes to Phuket Town. Then you need to take the airport bus (www.airportbusphuket.com) onwards to the airport. Not quick but possible.
