Hello I am from India, I am applying for a non Im Visa from Kolkata. I will be travelling on 9th nov to thsiland. I am still waiting for my police clearance. So how many days minimum before travel do I need to apply for visa to Thailand?

It does not matter how late you apply for it as long as you allow enough time for it to be issued. Not sure how long it takes for them to issue visas. I would think two weeks early would be enough.

What type of non immigrant visa are you applying for?

I am applying for an O type visa. I visited the Thai Consulate today but was asked to produce a police clearance certificate. It is going to take me a few days to get that. So I was thinking if I could apply for the visa on 5th of November. Will that be okay? Visas take only one working day according to the Consulate

As long as they do them in one day going on the 5th would be OK.
