ferret
I tried to get a non immigrant "B" Visa with multiple entries in Bern, Basel and Zurich. All of them told me that they can give me only 3 month single entry because of a new regulation and that I have to ask for prolongation at the local Immigration office. In Bern where I was personally I was told, that I also have to apply for a work permit and work in the company and that's not nice from me to let only Thai people do the jobs... Hope I can change my "B" to "O" with permanent stay, because there's no reason to apply for a work permit at their rates. Then I can also close the not really profitable company and fire the 7 "working" Thais
Maestro
Hope I can change my "B" to "O" with permanent stayIf you qualify for annual extension based on marriage to a Thai, retirement (over 50), or investment by all means make such application. After entering Thailand on your non-B visa, just go to the immigration office within the last 30 days of your permitted stay and submit your application. It’s as simple as that.--------------- Maestro
