webfact
Appeal for warm clothes, food for dogsThe NationBURI RAM: -- As the chilly winter approaches, the northeastern province of Buri Ram has urged donations of old clothes, blankets or 40cm-radius concrete pipes to keep 1,600 dogs warm. The canines were kept at an animal quarantine facility in Pa Kham district after they were seized from transnational dog-smuggling gangsters. Buri Ram livestock development official Photpirat Niamjui said people could also donate dog food, as the facility had to support many dogs and dog food supplies ran low quickly.Source: http://www.nationmultimedia.com/national/Appeal-for-warm-clothes-food-for-dogs-30245549.html-- The Nation 2014-10-

puchooay
Jesus Christ! The worst temperature than can happen might be not less than 15 degree Celsius Man Up Thailand!!!! At what temperature do you get cold? Let's say it is 4 to 5 degrees. That is about equivalent to a 30 degree drop from an average high temperature in many western countries. So..... the low in Buriram last year was 9 degrees. About a 30 degree drop from the average highs. Now...who needs to man up?
