A pardon is a government decision to allow a person to be relieved of some or all of the legal consequences resulting from a criminal conviction. Pardons can also be a source of controversy, such as when granted in what appears to be a political favor.[6] The arbitrariness[5] and limited political accountability[7] of pardons have been criticized. -

Israel leveling Gaza
The trouble with that is the majority of Palestinas do not accept the existence of Israel within any border. So Palestine what borders? It's not simple. You might say west bank and Gaza, but yes Israel has messed up hopes for peace with all the settlements. I have no answer. Liberals saying two state solution seem to be just playing a game as that's not realistic now.
