Where can I buy steel cable locks?

Featured Replies

Hi!

Last nights barfine tried to steal my baggage today! I don't even know what she wants with an empty suitcase... crazy.gif

So where can I buy a steel cable lock in Pattaya? Doesn't have to be anything fancy. Just enough to chain the suitcase to something fixed in the condo. So nobody thinks to casually make off with my suitcase...

I think I remember seeing something in TukCom, but those were only for laptops.

Stop barfining... you know it makes sense.

OK, that the pontifical, holier than thou post for this thread, now back on topic.

A plastic-covered steel wire bike lock would be the best solution I think. I have seen them in the bike bits of Big C and also in among the locks and padlocks at the bigger hardware stores. Varying lengths just need to make sure you have something in the condo to secure it to.

A cheaper option would be a length of chain and a suitable padlock, once again, HomePro and the likes have that and you pay for the chain by length.

I'm pretty sure I've seen them in SuperSports in Central Festival. In the travel section near the back on the right.
