Critical Illness cover Thailand

Anyone know of any critical illness insurance, or similar in Thailand suitable for expat and possible Thai wife?

The kind of insurance that pays out a lump sum if you are diagnosed with cancer, have heart attack, bypass, stroke , kidney failure that kind of thing. I have seen some that cover cancer only but it only seems to be if in very developed stages. Don't necessarily need life cover which is included in a lot of policies, but some accident cover could be handy.
