P.S. Out of that lot, Nastasic has turned out to be a great buy and (for a change) we got him cheap. Garcia is getting better with more game time and Rodwell was an up and coming but has had a bad season due to injuries. Sinclair and Maicon are both bad business IMO.

Any Everton fan will tell you that Rodwell has allways been a sicknote whistling.gif

Peter

Any United fan will tell you Owen Hargreaves was toast!.........even are specialist physio team told the World when we did not give him a new contract.

City and there team did not see this valuable and open information and thought they can rebuild him(you tube video) laugh.png bionic man style........very strange signings and truly bad decisions by the management team!!clap2.gif

You paid 22m for Hargreaves and then let him come to us for free. And you are laughing at us. Those glasses are better than I give them credit for.

After his performances prior to us signing him he was worth that price tag, shame he got injured when he played for us and we sent him all over the world for special rehabilitation after his operations.we then released him he was free to go to any club who would have him and even did his infamous you tube video to sell his fitness! .....the only club that fell for it was Manchester City tongue.png next you will be saying he did it all for free...which was bullshit by the way as i found out.biggrin.png

when it doesnt go your way the dummies come out.

I know what you mean. Like when we get a red card for something that was barely a yellow, all the dummies come out and try and argue that now all of a sudden, any high foot is dangerous play and worthy of a red. Dummies indeed. biggrin.png

"The fact is that all man u supporters are glory hunters. The difference between us and you is that we see a victory as something to be savoured, you guys see it as a right and when it doesnt go your way the dummies come out. It was observed that man u 'fans' were leaving the game early v Chelsea last week. Why? it was 2-2 and all to play for!!! The reason they were leaving is because man u weren't winning and it looked more likely Chelsea would nick it. "

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Bless ...can you remind me what score it was?

And also can you remind us all what where your supporters singing about your manager before you greatest ever comeback?

Are you still savoring the draw?clap2.gif cheesy.gif classic stuff

Why did your 'fans' go home? I thought they were there to support the team?

Again the difference between us, I will speak out against the chants against Rafa, you will ignore the question about your glory hunters.

Am I savouring the draw? Not the result, but I am the performance. Unfortunately i think you will win the replay. 555

Red, you truly amaze me sometimes. It was bad business for both of us but ours was a tiny risk, you lost a huge amount of money on him. It's akin to laughing at us because our shoelaces are undone but you've split your trousers and you ass is hanging out.

A red that was barely a yellow, huh. Try a red for being fouled! Torres v Man u.

BTW I havent given an opinion on your red.

I agree that was a bad decision, although he didn't actually get a red for that incident did he, he got a yellow.

I have mutch to thank MCFC for-in the year 1959/1960 as a 12 year old boy I was taken to Main Road by an older cousin (life long blue he he,the pain he has suffered in his worship) for a midweek friendly City V Torino it was part of the Denis Law transfer deal to the Italian club-Denis Law was just a player my cousin had told me about at this time-but what a player- even as a young boy I was captivated by him,of course the rest is history Denis came back after one season to sign for United for £115,000 and this is when I started to follow United 52 years ago-so again thank you MCFC for selling Denis, enjoy your brief encounters with glory but there will only ever be ONE truly great club in Manchester and they wear red thumbsup.gif

"Oh, those Brazilians, you know? Circa 1970? Broke the mould. Theory out the window. Free expression of football. Uncategorisable. Is that a word? It is now! You know? Far cry from small boys in the park, jumpers for goalposts. Rush goalie. Two at the back, three in the middle, four up front, one's gone home for his tea. Beans on toast? Possibly, don't quote me on that. Marvellous."

I'm not in the mood for this Red. We could go round and round in circles all day. Unfortuantely I have an hangover and I've still got to upload everyone's predictions. Carry on.

You finally got it then whistling.gif

since the champions league trouncing! of us by Real that is all i have read on here from you and your Tottenham posse with the occasional scouser adding a touch of jealousy.

You see we would like to post about United but all we(i do speak for most United posters on her)read is the <deleted>,hatred and pure jealousy of all our bitter rivals which as you have just realised is boring, predictable and like banging your head against a wall(or going round in circles)

Sorry about the hangover biggrin.png and thanks for reminding me about the predictions i will get round to them when i have a spare hourwink.png

An ageing team (with spoilt arrogant fans who in recent years believe it is their right to win trophies) being propped up and maintained by a truely exceptional manager.

I think its fair to say were all waiting to see just how good you'll be when the man with the big red beak calls it a day, because if you think theres a coach out there that could have matched his performance over the last five years you are having a laugh.

You're starting to worry me now. The sort of bitterness displayed here by Utd fans since you were dumped out of the CL is deeply unsettling. And theres nought to suggest you'd do any better in the europa. I mean, we bitched you this season Ed but yet we still struggled against Inter. You couldn't beat the chavs either and they are through too. Are you following me?

I trust though you'll all be supporting us flying the flag in europe?

As i say, beware life after the man with the big red beak

Whilst i in no way underestimate the influence SAF has on the team, i think those who persist with the ageing mediocre team type comments need to have a sit down, consider where United is in the league, and have a look at the way we played over the two legs against what is widely recognized as being one of the best teams in the world, and think again about how mediocre it really is. Not arguing that it is the best United team ever assembled, but it does have strengths that go beyond simply the genius of a manager.

I would never support City or Liverpool - although that said, i would get no satisfaction from seeing them being unfairly beaten, and if they play well and deserve to win, i'm happy in the sense that the right team won - but all the other English teams, i do support in Europe. Good luck to them all.

It does have strengths. Utd are a good side. I'm not suggesting for one moment that you are not a good side without Ferguson either. You are.

Lets just say that without him this season i think the title race would be very much ON, and i really don't think City have been up to scratch this season either

One thing is for sure....with Rafa or the mincer at the helm they would be chasing fifth this season. rolleyes.gif

No really mate i'm not joking here. I reckon they would be slugging it with City with an eye over their shoulder.

They have some very good player RVP, Rooney Carrick Vidic but they have been pulled through by the scruff of the neck especially at times when there have been aweful injuries. They've leaked goals throughout aswell but mentally they are so much stronger than the rest its laughable.

Apart from consistently sound tactics the winning metality is way beyong the others

Ok then red. Totally out of the blue you brought up Hargreaves which is was actually your lot who lost a fortune. Anyway, it seems you want to discuss flops and bad buys etc and I now have a little more time.

How's Bebe doing? That was 7.4m well spent !!
