That's strange. For a terror attack, one of the largest and most horrific, there doesn't seem to be much in the way of collateral civilian deaths. It's almost like Saint Vlad is trying NOT to kill civilians. I'd guess half of those deaths were military, the other half due to air defense missiles that missed the targets and fell back to the residential zones where they've been deployed.- 1
