Breaking the 11th Commandment in some other countries gets more than a reprimand.

I've never heard of a Thai policeman doing his job properly, so why has this one been singled out?

I think the thumb screws are starting to turn.

Looks like they will need to justify their salaries with results.

I can't believe I want to defend the cops!!!! Were the robbers on police employee list? Or reprimanded because they hadn't brought the gang in for a bit of water boarding? Times are changing, but this just seems to be some showboating to me to demonstrate administration is really getting tough this time....

I think we can all guess the answer to the first question.

Only an idiot would consider depriving the local aria of their cut!.

"3 police officers ....."

I have to admit I saw the most incredible event yesterday. A motorcycle cop escorting a minibus over to the police station. It was the same minibus that almost ran us off the road the day before. We had written down the license plate and van number and were going to call it in, but before we could, it got hauled in!

What a wonderful sight. First time I've ever seen a minibus being pulled over while driving down the road. Made my day.

I agree with you entirely. Having read the story, I don't know what the story is!. OK the 7/11's get robbed but there needs to be more detail about this. Are the cops being reprimanded for not arresting those involved or not investigating the robberies.? blink.png
