Thai Health Care Website/Ap?

My GF's sister works part time as a health aid in her village area in Isan. Basically, she visits the homes of elderly or incapacitated residents and tries to assess their health needs. She has little real training and is paid a pittance but is very conscientious and motivated to help as much as she can.

I have just provided her with her first "smartphone" and am paying for her to have 3G service so she will have internet access in the field. We have spent the last 3 days showing her how to use the phone and she is a quick learner.

Does anybody know of any THAI health care websites or aps that could be useful to her? She does not speak English so it does need to be in Thai.

I am especially interested if there is a site in which she can look up symptoms or a combination of symptoms and get suggested diagnosis and treatment.
