All this morning there has been a haze covering the city and it smells like burned industrial waste.In my 2 years here I never seen that much haze From my condo in Soi 15/Second Road the VT 6 and the new tower near Soi 6 was barely visible a few hours ago.Something unusal going on or is it just the wind direction bringing the haze from the industries to the North ?

Haze also 30 km north of Pattaya on Laem Chabang Industrial Estate.

Heavy night on the beer followed up with a spicy curry caused me terrible flatulence this morning...............sorry it caused such a disturbance...........won,t happen again-promise

It is normal for this time of year. Somebody is burning a lot of stuff and it makes its way here--inside and/or outside of Thailand. It will likely remain until late December.

In my 15 years or so here from the fifteenth floor I've seen it many times. It isn't that noticeable if you're at ground level.

Usually it's blamed on Indonesians burning something or locals making fires to warm themselves at night. Sometimes it seems to burn off as the day heats up, implying it's mist or fog.
