Turning the big 50 on November 23rd and going to Vientaine for Non O based on retirement on the 27th . Any update on documents required ?

You will only get a single entry non-o visa. The only documents needed is your passport to prove you are 50 or over and financial proof. Any proof of having 800k baht will be accepted or an income document proving an income of 65k baht from your embassy will be accepted.

Just got my income letter from the US Embassy for my Non O visa trip to Vientaine. Are they going to except a copy of it so I can also use it at Si Racha Immigration for my extention of stay. The darn website says original. Boy this stuff is frustrating.

The embassy in Vientiane will accept a copy just show them the original.

The info on the embassy website is for a OA visa which is only for Laotians that would require originals .
