Most votes Ginjag, votes, not a concept that you agree with I know, but votes are what, in the end, when the uniforms fade, the medals tarnish and the guns get rusty, qualify people to form governments. And votes, not guns, medals and uniforms, are the means used to remove them from power when the people, a majority of them, think it is neccessary.
