Extension Of Stay On A Non O Visa Based On Medical Ground

my 90 days are up on 25th Nov. (non O multiple entries). I am thinking of extending my stay by about 10-14 days due to a recent cataract surgery. according to the doctor, I should have a final check up 1st week of December.

what are the easiest procedures? visit Jomtien immigration with a letter from the doctor?

any advice?

The letter will need to state you are unable to travel.

Immigration may have some forms the doctor will need to complete.
