July 31, 200619 yr I have encountered a problem concerning a cargo company . I have delivered a package to this company, and received a date for delivery, airway bill, and certificate of origin. Unfortunately it never arrived for its destination, and the ground-service in its final destination have never registered the number on the airway bill. So as it seems I guess it was never shipped and they have made a false airway bill for us. So my question is what can we do now? Hope to get hope help on this one, thanks. djalle
July 31, 200619 yr What does your contract say about lost deliveries? I'd then go and ask the shipper to provide you with a record of the item's receipt and forwarding. If the item was registered when you delivered it, they must have a record of where it went. Chase them down.
