quidnunc Posted November 6, 2014 Share Posted November 6, 2014 I haven't found white lard here. There is brown lard which is good for making some mexican dishes such as refried beans. You can get that from the places that make fried pork rind, a Chiang Mai specialty. But for white lard I I think you'll have to buy pork fat and render it yourself.
