I have 2 entries tourist visa and im going to activate second entry.

I bought ticket to Kuala lumpur 7am from phuket and return ticket is about midday the same day from KL.

Will I have problems if I come back just after few hours or it doesnt matter?

No I have done it twice before without any problems.

Should be fine. I've done that. just make sure you have enough time to do the turn around at the airport.

Best way to action a visa run is to do a round trip from Bangkok to KL or Penang.

Booked my last trip thru AirAsia some while ago and travelled in Sept. Was able to secure flights for B2,200 + B200 seats for a day R/T.

Fortunately, I live quite close to Don Muang.

When you come back in at Phuket, recce the immigration counters. Try to choose a younger officer. Avoid the angry looking ones. Policy application tends to be inconsistent.
