November 8, 201411 yr Hi, just wondering the process of extending a single entry Non B Visa (Business). 1) Can I get a 90 day extension of stay each time? I read that the Non B can be extended only once and for an additional 30 days but I am not exactly sure. 2) Is it possible to just keep "extending" my stay? For example, if I leave Thailand before the expiry date, can I get another 90 days when returning? Thanks in advance!
November 8, 201411 yr Other than a one year extension the only extension you an get is 7 days. A single entry visa is only good that one 90 day entry you have already gotten. If have a job and get a work permit you can get a one year extension of stay,
November 8, 201411 yr Author Thanks for the feedback Ubonjoe, much appreciated! With a work permit, I can extend the Visa in Thailand, or do I need to leave the country to reapply for another Non B?
November 9, 201411 yr As long as your employer can get the paperwork together to apply for the extension before your current 90 days ends you will not have to go out for another visa.
