I sent my dates and times as requested to [email protected] and received this automated response.

This email address is ONLY for booking an appointment to submit a passport application. You’ll need to schedule an appointment by email. Include your first name and last name and 3 alternative dates and times. You will receive an email confirming your appointment.

Is this normal or should i send it again?

Do not forget to print off the second e-mail they send to you as this will confirm your appointment time at Trendy building. You will need this when you go there.
