I think I saw something similar to that in Homepro or Homeworks but I was not avidly looking for the item so not 100% certain. I have seen similar in I believe Homemart in the construction type items. Now getting it a Rubbermaid will be a fat chance. The U.S. yes but here it will be made by a local factory.

Don't know about that particular item, but 'Rubbermaid' products are sold in True Value (opposite Tesco Lotus south) on Sukhumvit road.

I am sure I saw it being demonstrated on the second level at Big C on Pattaya Klang, out in the area where all the little kiosks and stalls are. But that was a few months ago.

It looks like a reservoir for a fountain/pond.

Most DIY and hardware stores (even the small Thai ones) have similar things to this but they may not be brand-name and they may not have a built-in water outlet at the base.
