Could someone tell me how many days before the 90 days due date one should now send the registered letter.

Send it early enough to arrive 15 days before the due date.

They recently made a change to the mail in requirements. It has to be received at immigration 7 days before your report date now. It had been that you had to mail it 15 days before.

And the return self-addressed envelope for the notification slip now only needs to bear a 5 THB stamp (rather than 10 THB as previously required).
