all original installation, setupbox & card

Turn everything off.

Take out and re-insert the card.

Turn back on.

Call True when nothing changes.

did that before posting... at no avail ... was watching tv, did not touch anything, turn off power, took out card, put it back, put power back on

just wondering if other people had same same
