I brought one last year from Eagle GPS in Chiang Mai,just make sure it has the software update.

This cures the freezing problem with the screen.

This model does not store your used routes,but you can enter waypoints.

It's better than mine and my friends Toyota GPS,which seems to want to take the long way round!.
