briley
Check for the 14500 batteries - I believe they are the same voltage but the size is a smigin different - but normally fit. (A smigin is around 1mm for those not used to imperial measurement.)
ukrules
Google 'thailand vape' and you should find all that you need in the first result.

(A smigin is around 1mm for those not used to imperial measurement.) While the voltage is approx the same there is quite a difference in size. A 14500 is significantly smaller at 14mm by 50mm compared to a 18650 size of 18.6mm by 65.2mm. And a 14500 has only around half the milliamp hour capacity of a 18650.

KhunBENQ
So many vendors.... Go to google.co.th, search for: 18650, then click Search Tools, Country: Thailand. enjoy. Yep, awful lot of online shops. But of course some Thai knowledge necessary to use them. Like this: http://www.thailightshop.com/index.php?mo=3&art=508263 Many different qualities/capacities. Prices from 1xx to 5xx per piece. EMS 50 Baht. Have you already looked around in shops (Tukcom), Amorn. I am very sure that an Amorn store would have them and maybe even at Powerbuy? These cells are one of the most used/sold of all (about every laptop battery pack has them). Whats your closest major city? Must be quite big this "smigin" I love metrical system! And the name says it all: 18 65 00 ~ 18*65 14 50 00 ~ 14*50 ------------ What disturbs me is the attached image in the inital post that shows much bigger cells. Unrelated? IMHO
If you've bought any number of these before, you've learnt that the only cells worth buying are the Panasonic, Samsung and Sanyo's, and you've also learnt that none of them really get more than about 3000 mAH. In fact, when it comes to Chinese cells this formula will tell you roughly what the real mAH rating is: (rating - ((rating - 3000) x 2))/2 e.g. for a 5000mAH Chinese cell it's: (5000-((5000-3000)x2))/2 = 500 mAH for a 4000mAH Chinese cell it's: (4000-((4000-3000)x2))/2 = 1000 mAH etc Bottom line: expect to pay around 350-550 Baht/cell if you want quality. Also, if your device does not have a low voltage cutoff, make sure you buy protected cells.
WhizBang
I would check in one of the Amorn outlets. They usually have a good selection of batteries.
stubuzz
You may want to look into cell chemistry. The newer NCR cells are safer.
