It escalates beyond hate speech by implying or desiring group elimination, often dehumanizing targets and justifying violence. Applies universally: Nazi antisemitism, Rwanda genocide propaganda, anti-Ukrainian rhetoric in Russia, calls to eradicate transgenderism or other minorities.
