problems with printer IP2870 CANON

Featured Replies

I tried pictures print en and my printer not what to yous A4 gloss paper to print, I got a warning to change the sises, I think that I have problems with the sotware, I tried to update the software with no result

Try this:

First, check to see if the latest "driver" is installed for the printer. I not install it.

Then remove "printer software" and re-install it.

See if that solves your problem.

Other than that with limited information I have no more suggestions. Good luck.

Thanks for your advise

Your software application "document size", "Print... paper choice", and actual paper size/type loaded in your printer all need to match.

Find out what size/type paper you are using in your printer (A4 / Gloss) and then make sure your software application "Document" is using the same size (A4), then set "Print..." to also use (A4 / Gloss).

There should be somewhere in the Application Software to preset the correct document size before you select the images.

Throw it away and buy a proper Brother/ wireless with a Monster ink tank.

you are correct, stupid from me to forget to set the paper choice to normal paper A4 and not use gloss paper, after this set everything worked good with NO problems
