My wife just changed from an ED visa at Bangkok to a retirement (dependent ) extension at Bangkok on 9/26/2014. My question is when does she have to do a 90 day report , 90 days from 9/14/ 2014 or when in the country for 90 days ?

If she had a 90 day non-ed visa entry it would be 90 days from the date that entry ended and the extension started.

If she has been on an extension for attending a school then she would keep her original 90 day reporting date she had before.
