I have a double entry tourist visa. My first entry 60 days is expiring on the 21st August but since im visiting Vietnam on the 18th August, what is the procedure to get another 30 days in the airport?

And after the end of 30 days or 1st entry, what should i do for my second entry tourist visa? Do i have to leave the country or I can just do it at the immigration?

If with “another 30 days” you mean an extension of stay – obtainable not at the airport, but at an immigration office and costing 1,900 Baht – you don’t need it because you are leaving Thailand before your current permission to stay expires.

For your second entry, when you return from your trip to Vietnam simply enter the visa number in the arrival card and you will again be granted permission to stay for 60 days. If you want to stay longer this time, apply for an extension at an immigration office.

Thank you so much for the quick reply. For my future reference, if i have double or triple entry tourist visa, after i obtained the 30 days extension from the first entry, do i have to leave the country for my second entry tourist visa? or i can just do it at the immigration office?
