Condo Renting How To Do?

Recommended Posts

Hi

I am about to move to BKK and so I am looking for a condo.

1 bedroom-bath-airco-good security etc... preferably in the sukhumvit area.

Price range 8-15k bht max.

(maybe 20k if no other choice)

Is it better to use a real estate company services or to look by myself using the help of thai relatives

I have in BKK?

Thanks a lot

Best is to look for yourself in this price range of 8-15K. Most real estate agents only have listings around the 20k+ rental per month.

We have two in this range out of over 1,200 properties.

15K max

I agree with Moonfruit on renting a place for a month and then during that month find a place that suits you.

If you are interested in living Upper Sukhumvit (Ekkami - Onnut) then I know of some decent places in your price range. Send me a PM if interested.

There are many condo apartments in Suk from4 to 8 K and cheap, around Suk 80+, some you can get for 5 ,000 baht service apartment, some of my Thai staff get them about 4K

Just ask a Thai friend for help, however u may need to pay deposit for 2 months and normally after that the deposit is never returned, so just dont pay rent for 2 months before u leave, or elase u may not get your deposit, sometimes depends on your landlord

I rented my condo for about 4 K with air con, hot water and furnished
