Does anyone know who owns Amorn, the shop and electrical repair place in the basement of Tukcom? I would like to complain to management, who hopefully don't have the same basic comprehension problem as the techs. Thanks.

You're right, their service techs aren't the best. Most of the stuff I've taken in for repair failed again and again. I've finally given up on them.

Cheers BB. I think I will cut my losses as well. Heard there's a hardware place that fixes electrics - Thepprasit, near lights. Will try there and report back if I get no satisfaction from Amorn on this attempt. Tks for the link.
