Simple Rice Question - Labor Cost

Hi all,

Going through the process of growing Jasmine rice to sell directly for the first time and now drying it - 3,000 kg

What should be the charge to put it into bags approximately weighing 30 - 35 kg each? Do they charge by the weight or the # of bags?

Have the bags and already coordinated the transport back to our house....
