I am thinking about opening a USD Dollar Account and maybe a Sterling Account in Thailand. What bank in Thailand is the best to choose when opening Foreign Cuurency Accounts.

Try looking at the individual banks web sites for info. and see which one suits your requirements. Just don't think about depositing in cash or taking out in anything other than baht otherwise you will get stung.
