TP01 Posted December 11, 2014 Share Posted December 11, 2014 We're looking for somebody to drive forward paid search campaigns for our clients and help our Account Management team win new business. Run our internal and external campaigns The right candidate will have a proven track record in managing client PPC campaigns and experience in creating proposals and winning new clients as part of a team. The ideal candidate will also be able to demonstrate experience of managing PPC campaigns in different industries with a variety of budgets, including improving results on a monthly basis and reporting strategy and progress to clients. Key Responsibilities Build and grow client relationships and revenue through successful PPC campaigns and strong, consistent relationship management Agreeing and achieving client KPIs, including forecasting performance and expected traffic volumes Work side-by-side with our sales colleagues to quality and win new clients Train members of the Account Management and New Business teams on the advantages of PPC and how to sell the channel and set expectations correctly Decide which PPC and social networks to run campaigns on based on the client’s business type, objectives and budgets Directly manage and optimise all aspects of PPC and social media advertising including search, display and video Control client budgets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis according to industry fluctuations, competitor activity and seasonality Report creation and analysis, narrative writing and identifying optimisation steps, including use Google Analytics, Excel and any other tools required Client relationship management to communicate campaign performance and next steps, responding to client queries and problem solving on your feet Day-to-day client contact by phone and email Ensuring the hours worked per client match the fee charged, safeguarding profitability and addressing issues as required Carrying out internal administration and finance functions Keeping up to date with industry developments, best practices and new AdWords features and translating them into the PPC team’s client work Develop working relationships with search engines and other suppliers Experience and Skills Required Two or more years’ experience of on boarding, planning and managing PPC campaigns on AdWords in the UK, including but not limited to keyword research, ad copy writing, campaign structure, bidding strategy, analysis, reporting and day-to-day management Proven track record of PPC campaign optimisation and demonstrable results Ideally experienced with Bing Ads and advertising on YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook Google AdWords Certification – at least to Fundamentals and Advanced levels Experience of Google Analytics; ideally holding the Google Analytics IQ qualification An awareness of the roles of SEO, Social Media and Content Marketing in digital campaigns Willing and confident to ask for help and further training Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
