Soi Neurn Plub Wan - TOT outage since Saturday night. Is it just me?

Featured Replies

Since Saturday ~22.30, I can't connect to the Internet. ISP is TOT on Soi Neurn Plub Wan (Soi Muslim).

Router synchronizes correctly, but can't get any IP.

Error message: "Timeout waiting for PADO packets", which usually points to a server error.

Anyone else has problems in this area, or is it just me?

I hate to call their hotline, especially on Sunday and listen to some BS nonsense..bah.gif

Had the same problem late Friday evening a week ago. Not exactly the same area though, am located on the Jomtien darkside.
Called TOT on Saturday morning, was told they were aware of the problem and working on it.
A few hours later it was resolved. No problems since.

Yeah, I called them a few minutes after my post, heard the usual "there is a problem in your area" nonsense post-158247-0-61208300-1418648347.gif and after one hour or so, it came back to life.

I guess, they've just made a port reset and that was it.
