High quality rowing (exercise) machines -- where to buy locally?

I have an older one which is OK quality (I think I paid about 30K baht) but it's seen better days and am curious in upgrading.

Since it's been many years since I've shopped for such machines locally, I'm sure the situation has changed.

Where do I go to look at high quality rowing (exercise) machines?

I am only interested in rowers and yes I know these will be imported and very costly.

Not sure they have rowers, but there is a quite large specialty shop for exercise equipment on Sukhumvit, northbound just before the Honda shop and the traffic light of Soi Chaiapruek.

There is only one rower, the Concept II (model D is all you need), everything else pales in comparison. You can bring them in direct from the factory in Vermont for about 45k -- chuck them an email. Cost is about US$1k if memory serves. There was a thread about this couple years ago. Alternative is to search Classifieds, there was one in CM for 20k a while back. Just avoid the Thai distributor in Bkk that sells them for like 70K... never seen one in any shop here.

Off of Theprasitt on Soi 17 there is an exercise equipment shop. Don't know for sure if they have rowing machines but I have seen treadmills etc as I drove past.

They do not sell cheap shiite stuff, they sell fitness clubs equipment, nothing under 100k.

Anyway anything under 100k as sold as bigC or sportshops is utter shiite.
