The UKGOV have re-announced that British passports can now be extended overseas for one year. You must be aware that some countries do not accept extended passports.

The one-year extension is free, and child passports can also be extended. The UKGOV link is here :

A list of countries that will accept extended UK passports is available from the above link (Thailand is one of them ), but the lsit is not in a format that can be downloaded here :

Possibly because Mac converted it from ODT to DOC in order to upload it....I was about to do it until I saw his post rolleyes.gif
