Question about renting a condo in Bang Saen

I found a lovely little condo right on the beach in Bang Saen that I am interested in renting. However, there is a flaw in the design of the building such that it would be very easy for any resident of the building to gain access to their neighbor's balcony. This concerns me because I spend long periods away from home traveling. When I mentioned this design flaw to the manager, she told me there was nothing to worry about - as BOTH of the neighbors of the unit I am interested in renting are policemen! I'm not sure if I should be even more worried now. Any thoughts? Should I be more afraid of having policemen as neighbors than non-policemen? (I'm not even going to ask how policemen would be able to afford to buy such a condo on their salary . . .)
