Thai at Heart
As a %age these horrendous super criminals make up a tiny amount You want immigration to vet everyone, which of course doesn't allow for the fact thry can bribe someone to get a visa. So stand in line and zero change. Yippee Edited December 25, 2014 by Thai at Heart

I have given my solution to the problem, so how would you deal with these people? Anyhow, it`s Christmas day, the wife`s nephew has brought round a traditional Christmas fayre, spicy pork, spicy chicken, spicy noodles, spicy something that`s green and smells like <deleted> floating in some kind of brown slush and some cheap Thai gut rot whiskey. Presently the wife is checking her calculator to add up how much all this food that I could never eat is going to cost me. I am a born again gullible. Merry Christmas to you all, let our troubles be slight, may we be happy, successful and in good health for the soon coming new year and the future, that are the real important things and if you`re religious, God bless each and every one of you. Cypress Hill
<script type='text/javascript'>window.mod_pagespeed_start = Number(new Date());</script> If you are entering on a TOIRIST visaIt is just thatNO EMPLOYMENTBUYING OR SELLING In my opinion the only solution is to permit those on tourist visas 3 months per year in the kingdom only, as 12 weeks should be an ample period to be holidaying in a country. I cannot see any legitimate reasons or excuses for bona-fife tourists needing to stay for longer periods than that Could that have anything to do with the fact that you're the most out of touch poster on this forum? Honestly BJ, your blinkers get tighter with every single post. If you can't see it, it simply doesn't exist

Time Traveller
What is an undesirable? Is it a law abiding overstayer? Or is a rich international criminal that is able to look "legitamate" with a bought visa?
ATF
What is an undesirable? Is it a law abiding overstayer? Or is a rich international criminal that is able to look "legitamate" with a bought visa? How can an overstayer be law abiding? Simply by overstaying he has committed a criminal offense. Everyone has to buy a visa criminal or not.

jspill
These figures came from immigration Who log entry and exit The actual figure as of 26th November 2014 Was 1.743 Thailand has bilateral visa waiver agreements with 56 nations, 5 of which receive 90 days visa-free stay, the rest 15 - 30 days depending on whether arriving by air or land. The average tourist stay is 10 days, so millions will take the visa waiver option, which has zero correlation with criminality.

ATF
You are working illegally if you are working for more than one company on the same work permit unless the work permit was issued by your own company.
