YuliyaSerg
Hello! Please tell me do we need to Estonian citizen visa upon arrival in Thailand but Thailand Estonia visa-free regime for 30 days? If a citizen of Estonia, going from Thailand to Cambodia, when returning to Thailand does it need re-entry permit?
ubonjoe
You will get a 30 day visa exempt entry when you arrive. You can get a 30 day extension at immigration of that entry. If you leave and re-enter at a border crossing you will only get 15 days.
BritTim
Since early 2014, Estonian citizens are entitled to visa exempt entry into Thailand (source: http://www.baltic-course.com/eng/good_for_business/?doc=86756. This means that an Estonian can get 30 days on entry by air and 15 days on entry by land (in both cases, extendable by 30 further days at immigration). Mario2008
You get a visa exempt entry of 30 days (and must have a flight out within 30 days of arrival). If you go to Cambodia and return to Thailand you will get 15 days if by land and 30 days if by air.

We are going on a trip to Cambodia for 2 days. It turns out if we arrive in Cambodia, the stamp 30 days will be cancelled and when entry back into Thailand by land we just get a new stamp but only for 15 days, right? We dont need to do re-entry additionally before arriving in Cambodia?
ubonjoe
You don't need a re-entry permit to leave the country. You will be stamped out of the country. Then you will need to get a visa on arrival for Cambodia ($30 US) to enter there. When you return you will be stamped into country for 15 days. If you need more than 15 days you could apply for a 30 day extension at an immigration office for a fee of 1900 baht.
