Hello! Please tell me do we need to Estonian citizen visa upon arrival in Thailand but Thailand Estonia visa-free regime for 30 days? If a citizen of Estonia, going from Thailand to Cambodia, when returning to Thailand does it need re-entry permit?

No we dont need stamp for 30 days. We are going on a trip to Cambodia for 2 days. It turns out if we arrive in Cambodia, the stamp 30 days will be cancelled and when entry back into Thailand by land we just get a new stamp but only for 15 days, right? We dont need to do re-entry additionally before arriving in Cambodia?
