Wifi Hotspots In Penang/georgetown?

I need to know where there are wifi hotspots in Penang.

If anyone has suggestions on good hotspots and also guesthouses/hotels that have internet please share. Thanks.

p.s.

I found the thread I was looking for (see subtitle) but it was not that much help.

I just stayed at this hotel: Hotel Mingood last week and it had excellent and free wi-fi in room. also a couple blocks to the left and around the corner is a Segafredo coffeeshop which supposedly has access. And there is a Starbucks at Pragin Mall, next to the Komtar.
