I have an internet cafe which is mainly used for playing gam es.Being i live in the North east the internet allthough is fibre optic often goes off.I've heard there is something like an inhouse cable or whatever it's called but anyway apparently it would enable even if the int goes off the games to still be played.Could anyone enlighten me on that all comments very much appreciated thanks.

For some games you can set up a local server so these can be played on LAN (if they have a LAN option), with other players in your shop only.

Another option is to install a second internet provider's line and set up load balancing / fail over. Of course if both go down you're still offline, so check first if this is usually the case.
