I can't remember the floor, but in Tukcom as you are walking up the stairs there will be a store with security cameras on display right in front of you. A few of us have had good luck with equipment there, even having them replace broken units months after purchase. They'll do the setup also.

Lots of shops on that floor. Would be worth a visit even if just to get an idea of what's available and for what price.
