If was closed to foreigners unless they had a Myanmar visa for a few months because Myanmar stopped doing border passes there. They are doing border passes now. Tomtomtom69
In a few months a new crossing will open to all nationalities between Thailand and Myanmar: Dan Singkorn in Prachuab Khiri Khan province. Just heard it on the news last night. Timing is uncertain, but expect it to be open sometime later this year.
