Where to post "Condo Wanted" listing?

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I am looking for a Condo in Pattaya.

I am wondering what would be the best sites to post an ad? I posted already at Thaivisa Classifieds. And also checked Craiglist but it doesn't seem to have a "Pattaya" subpage.

My budget is 50,000 Euro, so I am not interested in the "Condo with view" market (and the real estate agents that come with it :-)

Thanks!

PS And yes, I know the market is sliding downwards (Thai household debt concern, China deflation concerns, Russian Ruble, Euro crisis and so on). So I am not viewing a Condo purchase as any kind of investment.

I am pretty flexible. Anywhere between Pattaya North and Jomtien Soi 10 (but not on the "dark side"). 48 - 72 sqm. 1-2 bedrooms

You can find a condo with a nice view for 50KEUR in Jomtien without much trouble.

Maybe if you said what size of condo you are looking for, and where you would like it to be?

there is a website called prakard, if you go on there you can brouse through the condos for sale, and place a wanted add.

Looking for a condo in Pattaya is like looking for sand on the beach... as literately, there're 1,000's

of condos in Pattaya to choose from....

I think it's a reasonable request 50K euros for a condo studio. However, more is better.

To refine your search, you should really list all the other requirements you have.

In my case, I already have a personal preference for the exact building I want to buy in, but have not yet purchased.

Keep thinking about it, meanwhile, saving up more money from paychecks.

@dean008 thanks!

@sawatdeekhap123 This is not supposed to be a "wanted" ad. Here is a quick summary of my question: "What would be the best sites to post an [real estate wanted] ad?"
