This just arrived from a friend of mine. lt is of some interest

here and should spark a fair bit of discussion.

you guys might have already heard about this guy, he

is the first commissioned officer to refuse to deploy

to iraq on the grounds that it is an illegal war.

i read an article about him months ago and was moved

by his bravery and integrity, before he decided to do

this, he researched military law, the geneva accords,

the whole history of bush's actions etc.

now he is being court martialed for not only refusing

to go but also for "inciting dissension" bc he spoke

out publicly.

you can help support him through the media or through

a contribution to his legal fund.
