You can upgrade to a Non Imm O Visa with more than 15 days left on your permission to stay.

You must qualify financially.

You can then apply for a 12 month extension of stay.

Apply in Bangkok.

Their is no spouse visa.

It would be best to apply for a single or multiple entry non-o visa based upon marriage to a Thai before you leave Oz. You can get one at the embassy or any of the consulates without a problem.

You can apply for a conversion from a visa exempt entry to a non immigrant visa based upon qualifying for an extension of stay based upon marriage at Bangkok immigration. You would need 400k baht in a Thai bank in your name only or proof of 40k baht income plus all the other documents required for an extension of stay application.

Thanks did not know there is financial requirement , but some one told me there is 60 day visa cost $60 and year visa $250

You can get a single entry non-o visa that costs 90 AUD or a multiple entry for 225 AUD at the embassy or one of the consulates in Oz. You would need no financial proof.

A single entry would give one 90 day entry. A multiple entry would give you unlimited 90 day entries for a year.

See this webpage on Sydney consulate website. http://www.thaiconsulatesydney.org/thai/visa#country/a/australia

You could apply for a one extension of stay of stay if you can meet the financial requirements.
