Littering Police vs Tourists

Featured Replies

We see the police being more active in Pattaya as well stopping falangs on motorbikes. I was stopped the other day on my new MB still with red cardboard dealer plate and he kept asking for green book, I am sure he knew that I didn't have a green book since I still had the cardboard plate on. When I told him I didn't have it, he asked for sales receipt, It was in my condo, But I had my insurance and my thai MB license and he was very unhappy about that but couldn't fine me, Just kept telling me to make sure I have my receipt next time. The thing with this scam is they make you go to the Police station to actually pay your fine, You can't pay them there so I am not sure who is getting the tea money.
